Southeastern Horizons, Inc. (SEH), is an archaeological consulting company specializing in Cultural Resource Management (CRM) services in southern Georgia and northern Florida. Although our company is relatively new (est. 2003), our principals have over 120 years of combined experience in the archaeology of southern Georgia and northern Florida, 40 combined years of study in the history and geography of the region and almost 50 years of combined experience in Cultural Resource Management.
Our services include archaeology, history, artifact photography, abandoned cemetery delineation, and abandoned cemetery relocation. We serve as your counselor and advisor on how to comply with local, state, and federal laws related to cultural resources. Whether you need to satisfy the requirements under, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (1966) or Section 110 of the National Environmental Policy Act (1969), or are seeking a wetlands construction permit under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, we can help you navigate through the laws and regulatory agencies. We also delineate and relocate abandoned cemeteries in Georgia according to OCGA 36-72.
